1. Operating Principle

The electric motor drives rotor of the crusher through v-belt, making the hammer rotate in high speed. The materials are crushed in the crusher by rotated hammer. Bulk materials are crushed into particles larger than requirement, and then fall into the bottom of the crusher. The crushed material will be thrown to the impact plate with the new material along the tangential direction of the hammer, then realize primary, secondary and fine crushing material in one time. Finally, the materials meet requirement will be discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
