Final products size will range from 3-0.074mm (-250Mesh)

Spiral Classifier

The spiral classifier is mainly used in pre-classification and check classification of ore grinding and mineral separation, as well as desliming, dehydration in sand washing process and so on. It can be classified into single and double spiral types by to the spiral quantity; and into high weir and sinking types by different depth of spinning blade dipping into overflow surface. The former can be used in classification of ore with overflow granularity 0.83-0.15mm, and the latter in classification of ore with overflow granularity 0.15-0.07mm.

Linear De-watering Screen

Linear Vibrating Screen is mostly used for selecting and classifying powdery and granular materials and de-watering for various of materials.. It adopts the shock excitation of motor as vibration source to make materials tossed over screen and meanwhile move forwards.

Yes, we can. Our company will manufacture all equipment in crushing, grinding and pre-classifying process. For ore concentration process, we will outsource from our partner company.

The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the project is very big or the customers have special requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.

3. What are the payment terms?

The payment terms are L/C or T/T.

4. How long is your company warranty period?

Our equipment warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker’s wrong operation are not included.

5. What’s the after sale service of your company?

We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we can provide installation service, workers training service, etc.

6. Can you provide wearing parts?

We have two casting factories that specialize in produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
