The hammer crusher is composed of machine box, rotor, hammer, impacting lining board and screen board. Working principle:

The coal crusher drives rotor through the motor. The rotor drives the hammer plate on the rotor to rotate at a high speed.

After the material enters into the crushing chamber, it is crushed by high speed impact of the hammer plate. The finished material will be discharged out of the machine through lower screen of the hammer crusher , The particle size can be adjusted by adjusting the screen gap. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. Materials from the upper feed port into the machine, the high-speed movement of the hammer blow, impact, shear, grinding and crushing. The lower part of the rotor is provided with a sieve plate. Particles smaller than the size of the sieve in the crushed material are discharged through a sieve plate. The coarse particles larger than the sieve size are retained on the sieve plate and continue to be struck and ground by the hammer. Finally, out of machine.
