Brief Introduction to the Process:

The set of equipment is designed for cobble sand making. The capacity for this production line is 200t/h -250t/h. Stone smaller than 210mm is unloaded to vibrating feeder and then delivered to cone crusher for first degree crushing. After the crushing process, the vibrating screen will select the different size gravel, gravel bigger than 40mm will return to cone crusher for second crushing; the smaller will be delivered to sand making machine for next process. And the products finished by sand making machine will be classified by vibrating screen again, which qualified products will be delivered to sand washing machine by which the sand can be cleaned from the impurity. After the washing process, the finished products will be sent to finished area.

Please also mention that if the size of the gravel is smaller than 40mm, there is no need to be crushed by cone crusher, it can be delivered to sand making machine directly
