Product Application

Expandable, flexible conveyors are for loose loading and unloading applications, eliminating "dead space" created by pallets or roll-cages. They are designed and engineered to the highest standards to endure the rigorous demands of distribution centres and parcel handling hubs: they have reinforced ribbed, zinc plated steel side plates for additional strength, structural support across the width and heavy duty square tubing legs to ensure total stability.

Main Features

Self Tracking - Cartons follow the twists and turns of the conveyor path without using engineered curves.

Adjustable Height - Simply turn the locking knob to raise or lower the conveyor bed height.

Square Tubing Legs - Welded double cross members with one/two vertical bar legs for heavier load, more stability and Plastic wheel conveyor, flexible expandable wheel conveyor service life.

Side Links-3mm reinforced, ribbed zinc plated steel side plates. Assembled with bolts and lock nuts without rivets.

Casters with brakes - 4'' or 5" swivel casters roll easily. Caster brakes lock both wheel and swivel simultaneously while the conveyor is in use.

Carton Stop and Couplers

Each conveyor has Carton Stop and Couplers.

Carton Stop could be folded down when not in use and can be used as a handle bar. Couplers in opposite end connect 2 or more conveyors.

Packing & Delivery

Packing:

Standard: 1. LCL: legs disassembled, closed conveyor packed in cartons and put into welded metal boxes.

2. FCL: cartons and pallets-conveyors piled on pallet.

Delivery:

LCL or FCL, FOB Shanghai/Ningbo Port or CFR/CIF appointed overseas Ports.
